Birds of a Feather Frequent buyer rewards:

• As you shop, frequent buyer points accumulate, 1 point for each dollar spent on regularly priced merchandise, excluding class fees. After accumulated 250 points, you will receive a $25.00 gift certificate.
• Gift certificates expire in 45 days. No exceptions.
• Gift certificates must be used at one time for entire value. If a purchase is less than $25.00 the balance does not carry forward.
• No change is given on gift certificate - ever.
• Points expire after one year.

Return policy:

• Yarn can be returned within 30 days to receive a refund of the same method of payment used for purchase.
• After 30 days, up to 60 days, an in-store credit will be issued for the full amount.
• After 60 days, up to 90 days, a 25% restocking fee will apply and an in-store credit will be issued.
• No yarn will be accepted after 90 days.
• All sales are final on patterns, books, fabric or notions and sale items.
